LiM55 - using Diecut or punch

hi fellow bloggers - I have at last got my LiM entry done for this week.  Sorry photo isn't great but that is one skill I could do better at lol!!
I have used:

• 2 fleur de lis accents from spellbinders
• swiss dots embossing folder
• cake stamp from martha stewart
• memento brown for cake and sentiment
• q chalk inks for icing - pink and then overstamped with purple
• red pearl gem for the cherry on the top
• kanban sentiment

you can never have too many handbags!!

Hi fellow bloggers
I have always believed the above sentiment [same for shoes lol!] The back and front are the same except only the front has the gems and clasp. [ top pic is the front]
Anyway for my handbag I have used a 6"x6" card [slightly shaped]

• Grand labels 4 nestie
• beading tiger tail
• toning ribbon [ I got at the Ally Pally in 2010]
• bazill card
• butterfly peel  offf
• amethyst colour gems
• black/silver brad with legs removed for clasp

Sweet Stampin Challenge - bingo - "flowers, spots and charm"

Hi fellow bloggers - SSC have a bingo theme this week and I have chosen "flowers, spots and charm" for my 'line'. I have left space under the flower for a sentiment and used the backing paper to line the envelope.

I have used:-

• butterfly backing paper
• scalloped circle nestie
• cuttle bug swiss dots folder
• small butterfly charm tinted with  bright pink promarker
• pink polka dot grosgrain ribbon [to pick up the lighter pink butterfly colour]
• white organza ribbon
• handmade rosette flower using scor it and stamped with a kanban decorative strip stamp
• black memento ink
• grey pearl card for flower centre [stamped with kanban ribbon stamp/black memento]
